1993
The decision to establish a co-educational English & Hindi medium progressive college in Sitapur was the vision of Mr. Bhola Nath Gupta, Mr. Prithvi Nath Dhawan, Mr. Raj Narayan Seth & other members. The project was materialized in the year 1993. When the High-school wing of the institution was started, the College was started with the help of Shri Jagdish Agarwal's economic co-operation.
1994
Anandi Devi Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College Sitapur was established in the year 1994. The first session of the College began on Vasant Panchami, 15 February 1994. Shri Prithvi Nath Dhawan, Shri Shailesh Chandra Mahendra, Shri Rampat Agarwal, Shri Badri Prasad Rathour & Shri Virendra Dodeja played their excellent roles as managers of this institution.
1994
The school had a humble beginning in 1994, with more than 1850 students and 91 dedicated and qualified staff members on roll. Anandi Devi Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College Sitapur has provided quality education and has proved to be effective and successful time and again.
1994
For the construction of the College, Shri Jagdish Agarwal donated 2.44 acres of land and Rs 4 lakhs in memory of his wife Anandi Devi. Mr. Bhola Nath Gupta & Shri Prithvi Nath Dhawan became the founder President & Manager respectively of this institution.
1996
The College obtained U.P. Board affiliation on 15th February 1996, marking an important step in its academic development and recognition.
1997
The first batch of STD X appeared for the U.P. Board Examination in 1997, beginning the institution's journey of academic achievement at the board level.
1998
The college was subsequently raised to the intermediate level with Science, Commerce and Agriculture streams on 21 August 1998, providing students with wider academic opportunities.
2000s
The college continued developing under the efficient direction of its managers and principals. Shri Shravan Kumar Srivastava became the first Principal of the college. Thereafter, Shri Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Shri Ram Sharan Singh, Shri Ram Niwas Singh and Shri Praveen Kumar Srivastava served as Principals.
2024
On the immense demand of parents, Pre-Primary classes (Shishu Vatika) were introduced in April 2024 at Anandi Devi Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Sitapur-Moden. Well-equipped classrooms were set up for this purpose. The institution has now expanded up to Class V and has obtained government recognition for conducting Primary classes.
Present
At present, the college offers quality education from Nursery to Class XII. The institution continues to nurture students through universal values and a conducive ambience, preparing them to face the innumerable challenges of life as articulate, confident and socially responsible individuals, ready for university and the wider world.
